Leader Agreement

1. About this Agreement

This Leader Agreement applies in addition to the Terms of Service and the Risk Disclosure whenever you create or run a copy group on TradeHookX. You accept it by ticking the box when you create a group. If this Agreement and the Terms differ on a leader topic, this Agreement applies.

2. Your role

You are an independent trader. You are not an employee, agent, partner or representative of TradeHookX, and you must never present yourself as one. Followers choose to copy your trades on their own decision; TradeHookX only provides the software that copies them.

3. Your trades and your responsibility

• You decide every trade in your group and are solely responsible for it, including its size, risk and timing.
• You are responsible for your terminal: keep it online, keep the group’s magic number in every alert, and remember that only the trades the system can copy are copied (for example, in a manual group, trades opened by bots or EAs are not copied).
• You may stop trading, change your strategy or switch your group off, but you must not do so to deliberately harm followers.

4. No advice, no promises

• You must not give personal financial or investment advice to followers through or in connection with TradeHookX.
• You must not promise, guarantee or imply profits, returns, safety or "no risk", and you must not publish false, selective or misleading results, screenshots or descriptions.
• Your group name, description, risk level and any statement you make must be honest and not misleading.

5. Laws, licences and taxes

In some countries, sharing trades for payment, managing other people’s trading or providing signals requires a licence or registration. You are solely responsible for checking and following the laws and rules that apply to you, including any licence, registration, marketing, consumer-protection and anti-money-laundering rules, and for declaring and paying all taxes on the profit share you receive.

6. Profit share and payouts

• You set the profit share for your group (and, if you choose, for individual followers). A change applies from each follower’s next billing period.
• Followers pay invoices through TradeHookX. TradeHookX collects the profit share on your behalf and pays it out to the payout method in your settings, minus the payment network’s processing and transfer fees and any platform fee that applies to you.
• You receive a payout only for invoices that followers have actually paid. TradeHookX does not guarantee that a follower will pay and is not responsible for unpaid invoices.
• Payouts can be held for checks (for example a new payout address, unusually large amounts or suspected fraud), and refunds, chargebacks or payment errors can be deducted from future payouts.

7. Followers’ privacy

You see limited information about your followers so that you can run your group. You must use it only for that purpose, keep it confidential, and never contact, sell, share or misuse it.

8. Our rights

TradeHookX does not endorse, verify or guarantee you or your results. We may refuse, hide, switch off or remove any group or leader profile, withhold payouts connected to a breach, and close your leader access at any time if we believe you have breached this Agreement or the Terms, or if it is needed to protect followers or the Service.

9. Liability and indemnity

The limitation of liability and the indemnity in the Terms of Service also apply here. In particular, you will indemnify TradeHookX against any claim by a follower, an authority or anyone else arising from your trades, your statements, your group or your breach of this Agreement or of any law.
