Card and bank details are entered with our payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
To operate the Service: routing your signals, running your terminals, copying trades, computing statistics, creating and settling invoices and payouts, sending service messages (email and, if connected, Telegram), keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud, and keeping records we need for legal and billing purposes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your trading data for anything other than providing the Service.
Cloud terminal credentials are used solely to connect your hosted terminal to your broker. They are encrypted before they are stored and are deleted when the terminal is removed. We recommend using a dedicated trading account for any third-party service, including ours.
If you become a copy leader, your chosen display name, group details and performance statistics (such as win rate, profit factor, drawdown, trade count and equity curve) are shown in the marketplace. Leaders see limited information about their followers (such as name, email, copied results and invoice status) so they can run their groups; they never see followers’ passwords, license keys or account balances. Account balances are never public.
If you use Messages, we store what you write, who received it and when, for 12 months. Your name is shown to the other person; your email, balance and account number are not. Our team reads a chat only when someone in it reports a message, or when the law requires it, and each such opening is logged. If you turn it on, a short preview of a new message is sent to your Telegram.
We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security and your preferences (for example whether video captions are on). No third-party advertising cookies are set by the application.
We use trusted providers for payment processing (for example Stripe and NOWPayments), email delivery, Telegram messages and hosting. They receive only what their function requires and process it under their own agreements and safeguards.
We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time through a support ticket. We then remove your personal data, except records we must keep for billing, tax, legal, security or dispute purposes, such as invoices, payments and acceptance records.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to some processing. Contact us through support and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, encrypted credentials and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; our liability for security incidents is limited as described in the Terms of Service, and we will notify affected users where the law requires it.
