What each plan can do, what it costs, how the free trial works, and what happens when you upgrade, downgrade, renew or cancel.

Discounts for more terminals and for paying yearly

The two discounts do not add up - yearly simply has its own, bigger table. Extra groups always cost the flat price (yearly = 12 × the monthly price). Example: Advanced, 2 terminals, monthly = 2 × $24.99 − 10% = $44.98 / month.
The free trial
- •7 days, no card needed, starts when you sign up.
- •Includes 1 terminal, 1 copy group (to follow or lead) and ONE copied trade in total. Your own alerts are not limited.
- •Switch plan for free during the trial: Settings → Billing → "Switch to X for the rest of your trial - free". The end date stays the same.
- •When the trial ends without a paid plan: your account goes back to Starter, follows are paused, and terminals are switched off. Exception: a terminal holding a copied trade stays on for 7 more days in close-only mode, so the leader's close still reaches it.
- •Cancelling a trial stops access at once.
Paying
Settings → Billing & Plans → choose plan, terminals, cycle → Activate.

Extra copy groups
- •Copy groups card: shows "in use X of Y", the price of one more group and what it costs today (only the rest of your current period - prorated).
- •Add one → pay the prorated amount → you can follow (or lead) one more group straight away.
- •Remove one at renewal → from your next renewal you pay for one group fewer. You cannot go below the groups you use right now.
- •Groups you lead (Professional) have their own card that works the same way.
Upgrade, downgrade, renew, cancel

| Downgrade | Scheduled for your next renewal - no refund for the current period. You can cancel the scheduled change. Not possible below the groups you copy now. |
| Renew | Nothing renews by itself. You get reminders (monthly plans 7, 3 and 1 day before; yearly 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before) with a link to pay. |
| Cancel plan | You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for, then it stops. Reactivate any time before that. |
If you do not renew

| Your period ends | A grace period starts: 3 days for monthly plans, 7 days for yearly plans. Everything keeps working. |
| Grace period over | Your account is set back to Starter: cloud terminal and copy-trading features are locked. You see "Renew now to keep your terminals connected." |
| 7 days after that | Cloud terminals are removed (you get a warning email about 3 days before). Your history is kept. |
| You pay again | Everything is switched back on; paused follows resume by themselves. |
Copy-trading invoices are separate
Your plan pays for TradeHookX. The profit share you owe a leader is a different bill - see Invoices & Payouts.
