Messages
A leader can talk one to one with a follower, and post announcements to everyone in a group. Followers never see each other.
In simple words
Think of it as a private chat with your leader, plus a notice board for each group. Only the leader posts on the board. When you answer a notice, only the leader sees your answer.Where to find it
- •The chat icon at the top right of every portal page, beside the bell. Its red number is how many chats have something unread.
- •Messages in the sidebar, under Overview.
- •Leaders: Message on the Followers page and in a follower's details, Announce on My Groups.
- •Followers: Message leader on the Copying page.
- •You see these only if you follow a group or lead one.
Who can talk to whom

Group announcements
- •A follower sees announcements from the day they joined the group.
- •Leaders see "Seen by 4 of 6" under each one.
- •Tick "Also send to their Telegram" to alert followers who connected Telegram. Up to 20 announcements a day per group.
- •A follower's Reply privately opens the one to one chat with the announcement quoted.
- •Deleting removes it here. A Telegram copy that already went out cannot be recalled.
Alerts
If you connected Telegram, a new one to one message reaches you there, at most once per chat every 10 minutes. Turn this off in Settings under Notification Events with "New chat message". Email alerts for chat are not available yet. Messages do not appear in the notification bell.
Stay safe
Never send a password or license key, and pay invoices only from the Invoices page. TradeHookX cannot help with money paid outside it, and nothing in a chat is financial advice.
- •A message with a license key is refused.
- •You see an amber warning on a message with a wallet address, a phone number, a link or a request for a password. The message still arrives, so judge it yourself.
- •Links are plain text and cannot be clicked. There are no attachments.
- •Report (the flag beside a message) sends it to the TradeHookX team. The other person is not told.
- •Block stops one to one messages both ways until you unblock. Copied trades and announcements carry on.
Privacy
- •A leader sees your name, never your email, balance or account number in a chat. You see the leader's public name.
- •Messages are kept for 12 months.
- •The TradeHookX team reads a chat only when someone reports it or the law requires it.
